WE’RE FLEXIBLE

Striking a balance between work and life is important. Be prepared to manage your own time. We keep our hours flexible and our workspace unstructured - basically, you can work in a way that suits you. We make time for regular team-wide events and parties, including the annual Plumis Away Day. This is a lively working atmosphere with many nationalities and types but all enthusiastic about their goals.  Our production guys love to hear loud music with their lighting that flashes to the beat.

We care about the quality of our products and have a history of winning international design awards. Automist won the James Dyson award in 2009, it was selected by the British Library as one of the top 15 inventions of the last decade and more recently won the coveted Red Dot: Best of the Best 2016, the highest single design distinction.


Business Development Executive

A business development executive is a senior manager tasked with the job of helping the business grow. Their priority is to assist Plumis acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones; this role is crucial to Plumis' ambition to expand and diversify its clientele.

Key Responsibilities: 
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
